Sharon Stone denied she was the one saying she wanted her eight-year-old son, Roan, to have Botox jabs in his feet after he had a problem with his foot odour.

The allegations to the Basic Instinct actress were part of court papers shown during Sharon’s custody battle of Roan with her former journalist husband Phil Bronstein.

Martin Singer, the attorney of the 50-year-old star protected his client by insisting Sharon did not say such a thing.

“Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication,” The New York Daily News quoted Martin Singer, as saying in a statement.

Meanwhile, Sharon has lost the custody of 8-year-old Roan to her newspaper executive ex partner Phil, thus she will not be able to bring him to Los Angeles and enroll in a school in Los Angeles area where she currently lives. Roan now lives with his father in Northern California.

However, Sharon’s lawyer, Martin said that, despite the fact that she lost the custody, Sharon still had the same visitation rights with Roan as she had before her request.

“Sharon Stone sought to modify her custody arrangement with her ex-husband by having her son spend most of the school year with her,” said Martin.

“Although the court denied Sharon’s request to modify the custody arrangement already in place, Sharon will maintain the same custody arrangement and visitation that she’s had with her child for the past several years and still has joint legal and physical custody of her son”, added he.

Sharon’s request was turned down since Phil Bronstein ‘can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home for the child, according to the reports by FowNews.com.
