Paris Hilton has denied the rumours she already got engaged with her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, but insisting she wants to marry soon.

The 28-year-old blonde socialite was previously reportedly told her beau Doug Reinhardt to give her some time to think about the proposal after the hunk popped the question to her.

However, she seems to be in a rush to walk down the aisle with Doug and reveals he is going to be her hubby after only a couple of months of relationship.

Paris said, “He’s going to be my husband. We’re best friends. It’s not like we just met. We’ve known each other over the past year. I was in a relationship before and we reconnected. I’m really in love and really happy.”

The hotel heir started dating The Hills star boyfriend in February after her dramatic split with Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden in November last year.

Doug regularly accompanies his girlfriend to the shooting of her reality show ‘My New BFF’, and Paris seems to be happy having him around.

She said, “It’s good having my boyfriend on set and watching. He comes up with funny ideas and production loves him.”

Paris, who is presently shooting the new season of her reality TV show, insists she has no problem with the previous winner Brittany Flickinger after being reported not to talk with her.

She explained, “It’s really hard because I loved her and I trusted her, but sometimes people get too caught up and they change. I want a best friend who wants to be friends with me because I’m a good person and a good friend, not for any other reason. I’ve been fooled by so many girls.”
