Paris Hilton and Benji Madden have called it quit for weeks now but a lot of rumours about the former star couple have been still buzzing around. The previous one was Great Britain Prince William being believed to be behind the separation. Here comes the latest one, the hotel heiress still yearns to marry her ex.

Despite their split earlier this month, the 27-year-old is reportedly still eager to wed Benji but only temporarily away from him just to test how strong her feelings for the Good Charlotte star really are.

The Boston Globe quoted an unnamed source as saying, “Paris wants to know if she absolutely can’t stand to be apart from him. That’s her test to make sure this is the guy for her. She has felt something she has never felt before with anyone with Benji, but needs to be 100 per cent certain she is ready to be Mrs. Madden.”

Paris Hilton has been recently reportedly desperate to win Benji back after having been trying to chase him. She has also been storming him with a number of text messages while Benji has taken them for granted.

He was also reported to immediately leave a nightclub when he knew Paris was following him and the pair missed each other by minutes.

However, according to her recent interview on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS FM radio show, she revealed she is still in love with Benji.

“You know, I love him. He’s such an amazing man and he’s my best friend and he’s been so great to me and so loyal. He’s an incredible person. We’ll always be very close. We’ll see what happens in the future. I’m still in love with him.

“Right now we are just taking a break. We are really good friends. We’re really close.”

So no one can be sure if Paris still really wants to marry Benji or it is just another speculation!
