Paris Hilton has an exclusive interview with Life and Style magazine, opening up about the recent burglary, which the thief made off over $2million of her stuff, and saying she is “devastated” by the break-in.
Her luxurious mansion in LA was broken in some time between late Thursday evening and 4 a.m. Friday, causing her a massive lost worth millions dollars.
Feeling really devastated, the hotel heiress says nothing can replace her lost items.
“I cannot believe someone broke into my home. They took items that had such sentimental value that no one will ever be able to replace,” she said regarding her feeling. Despite all, “I’m just thankful that I wasn’t there when it happened,” she confessed.
Paris, 27, who was out parting at the time of the burglary, did not reveal about the details of the incident, but an insider told Life and Style that “millions of dollars of jewelry was stolen”, including “diamonds, necklaces, rings, watches and family heirlooms from her grandmothers.”
The insider added that a burglar was caught on tape and “detectives are doing a huge investigation” on the case.”
“Paris has surveillance cameras set up in every room. The thief was wearing a black hoody and knew exactly where to go, like he’s been there before.”
In order to prevent more damages, Paris Hilton is said to add more security team to guard her house around the clock.
“Paris has upped her security team to three 24-hour bodyguards, and she has someone on her property at all times,” the insider claimed. “Detectives are doing a huge investigation.”
Wow, I am really excited that she has surveillance cameras in every room on her house. That might help a lot.
Anyway, she must have been really shocked (although $2million might not be a big deal for the hotel heir). Hope she gets her belongings back!
