Lindsay Lohan‘s definition of love is devotion after she is planning to convert to Judaism for her DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

The Mean Girls actress and Samantha visited a synagogue in London on Friday before returning again on Saturday for the bar mitzvah of her half-brother Joshua Ronson.

Lindsay, who is current a Christian, recently wrote in her Fecebook profile ‘I’m converting’ and was overheard telling her friends about her attempt to change the religion.

A source said, “Lindsay was brought up a Catholic but she saw a lot of wisdom in Kabbalah and now sees that in other Jewish teachings too.”

Samantha is said not to force Lilo to change her faith but delighted with what she is going to do.

“Sam isn’t a strict follower of the religion but she appreciates Lindsay’s interest in it. She likes the idea that it might change Lindsay’s focus from being outward to being inward, and thinks that can only help their relationship.”

I think she wants to prove her love to her celebrity DJ partner and also to completely dispel the rumours of their relationship being on the rocks.

However, I hope she really puts her faith and belief in her new religion, no matter what she is doing this for the sake of her love or herself or whoever.

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan is not afraid of death and forecasts she would not live past her 30^th birthday.

A pal of the actress said in the March 9 issue of Star, “Lindsay just doesn’t seem to be bothered by the fact that she die.”

“She’s said many times that she never wants to live too far past 30 because she doesn’t want to get old and ugly. She’s always wanted to die young like her idol, Marilyn Monroe,” a second friend added.
