Lindsay Lohan, who used to praise popstar Britney Spears in her MySpace, has recently been said to record the Womanizer singer’s hits.

A source said, “Lindsay is on the Britney bandwagon. She is hoping to cover ‘Womanizer’ or ‘Oops! … I Did It Again’.”

The Mean Girls actress, who is currently working on her third album, became friends with Britney in 2006 after the 27-year-old singer filed for divorce from her former husband Kevin Federline.

The duo and Paris Hilton were usually seen hanging out in Las Vegas and Los Angeles and the two were snapped not wearing any underwear.

Lindsay’s newest record ‘Spirit in the Dark’ is reportedly joined by several stars like Akon, 50 Cent, Ne-Yo, Snoop Dogg, Timberland and Kanye West.

Britney’s songs are really great, hope Lindsay can do as good as Britney has done.

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriend Samantha Ronson were seen separately arrived at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Ft Lauderdale on Saturday (March 7).

The couple was supposed to appear at Passion nightclub at the casino on Valentine’s Day but they cancelled it with a reason that Samantha was ill.

Lindsay, who has been rumoured splitting with her celebrity DJ girlfriend, revealed with press about her romance with Sam.

She said, “citizens say what they are going to say and there’s nothing I can do about that. I’ve been doing that for so faraway and I’ve grown up really fast. I haven’t got different responsibilities to other society my age, and it’s taken me moment to recognize that.”

“I’ve gone through the phases that I have had to go through, now I am growing up,” Lindsay added.

I don’t know how long their relationship will last as it seems to me that not many people are supportive of them.
