Lindsay Lohan gets furious after the media keep attacking her by writing about her personal life.
The 22-year-old Hollywood actress, who has not starred in any films since her latest 2004 movie ‘Mean Girls’, wishes she was not a victim of the media and they would stop writing about her personal life because it is “really not that interesting”.
She told E! News, “People telling lies about me to her and all this garbage. I’m really a good person and I have a good heart and just want to work and the only reason I go to clubs is to hear Samantha spin or be normal.
“I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs and I don’t lie. I love to act and write and be creative and I want to help people by playing characters that can send a positive message out to whomever may need it.
“My past is my past and it’s been a long one, but I’m growing more and learning more day by day. I’m not the same person and I don’t make the same mistakes.
“I move forward and I change. Life’s too short not to. If people would just leave my personal life alone - because it’s really not that interesting - then I could land a great role. But all the sicko fans and the noise is so distracting.”
Lindsay Lohan, who yesterday was reportedly living off her DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s money after she has run out cash and needed to rely on credit, previously blame tabloids for running her career.
She told Nylon magazine, “There’s not much I can do about the fact that I’ve become a kind of tabloid obsession.
“Yes, the websites, the gossip pages, and all of that stuff have hurt my career…[but] I’m glad everything happened the way it did.”
