Lindsay Lohan is said to be “broke, and crying” after the recent split with her DJ girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

The Mean Girls actress is also said to “threaten to kill herself” when Sam tried to break up with her because Lilo “cares about her but wants out.”

She told US Weekly, “It’s absolute hell” when “everybody’s turned on me.”

“The worst night of my life,” said Lindsay, who was previously reported to rely on credit and Sam’s money because she is broke due to the lack of jobs.

“I’m not a bad person and this is what happens,” says a reportedly teary-eyed Lohan. “I was raised to treat people well, and I’m so tired of this drama.”

“I’m just really hurt!” she added. “The whole situation is sick.”

The celebrity DJ is reportedly seeking a restraining order against Lindsay Lohan after breaking up with her, however her lawyer has already denied the claims.

A source said, “Sam does not want a restraining order against Lindsay Lohan. Sam had nothing to do with the restraining order against Lindsay that the police are talking about.

“Sam and Lindsay are broken up, but Sam does not feel she’s in any danger whatsoever. She thinks the whole thing is absurd. “

However, Beverley Hills Police Department spokeswoman Cheryl Burnett revealed on Monday that someone in Sam’s family had contacted them to inquire about an order.

She told E! News, “On Monday April 6 2009 at approximately 5pm, members of Samantha Ronson’s family came to the Beverley Hills Police Department.”

“They were given information about the process for obtaining a restraining order, which would be administered at the Santa Monica Superior Courthouse.”

I hope Lindsay would take this as a lesson and finally find it a right time she has to grow up and do something mature!
