Kirsten Dunst is the most recent celeb who has a stalker after Jennifer Garner’s unpleasant fans. The 26-year-old star did not need a hero Spiderman to save her as her assistant made a citizen’s arrest on Christopher Smith who attempted to make his way into Kristen’s house on November 20 when she was away.

The Spiderman star won a restraining order against Christopher Smith, who is in his mid 20s, after he appeared at the Hollywood actress’s property for many times in week. She admitted that she is ‘quite frightened’ of Smith although she never meets him in person.

She said, “Mr. Smith has repeatedly shown up uninvited at my place of residence in Los Angeles, going so far as to ignore police warnings, bypass my personal security measures, trespass on my property, and attempt to gain entry into my home.

“Mr. Smith’s sudden, aggressive, and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant,” added Kristen.

Christopher Smith, who has finally been arrested and accused of trespassing charges, will go to court again in late this month. He claimed he felt like he is ‘spiritually connected’ with Kirsten Dunst.

“I was arrested for stalking. I know that was bad, I hope I can get off with a warning. I’m in love with Kirsten, so I went to her house. I connected with Kirsten spiritually. I felt like I connected with her and she connected with me. Now I don’t know if she did. I guess you have to ask her if she connected,” he is quoted as saying in court papers.

While the statement of the Interview with the Vampire actress said she does not wish to ever be contacted by him.
