Keira Knightley has recently announced she is going to take a break from the Hollywood for a while and willing to spend her time in her London flat reading and cooking.

The Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy actress has not singed up for any films and she doesn’t have any plans for her next movies.

Keira said, “It’s been a strange year as far as films go ‘With the writers’ strike in Hollywood, a lot of financing has fallen through”.

However, the English star is not going to quit her acting in Hollywood forever.

“You stand on sets and think it’s a ridiculous thing to do for a living, then you get caught up in it with people who absolutely love trying to create great stories.” she told the Daily Star.

Keira, who was an Oscar nominee for her role in 2005 ‘Pride and Prejudice’, also revealed that she really hates partying.

“I don’t like showbiz bashes very much. I’m not sociable and I seldom, if ever, set foot in any London clubs. I went to Vanity Fair magazine’s post-Oscars party last year but I just stood in the corner, drinking champagne. I have very few real showbusiness friends”, said she.

Keria Knightley also hates shopping as much as partying but she has to buy shoes she loves although they don’t fit her.

“If I see a pair of shoes that I adore and they haven’t got them in my size, I still have to have them. My boyfriend Rupert Friend and I just bought a house together in Richmond, Surrey, and it might not have a lot of furniture but it’s got a lot of my shoes!”powered by shantz-wp-prefix-suffix
