Keira Knightley last week admitted she finds fame is terrifying and it has even made her cry but has insisted to continue her acting career.
‘The Edge Of Love’ star, who previously revealed she is determined to take a break from acting after having been working for five years, said being a celebrity followed by fans and paparazzi are too much for her.
She explained, “I have, on many occasions, broken down in tears because I find it so terrifying. But I dropped out of school when I was 16, so there’s nothing else I can do.
“I’d planned to have a back-up plan but I don’t have one at the moment. I love acting and, if this is the price I have to pay to do something I love, f*** it! No problem.”
The British actress, who will turn 24 on March 26, also talked about the moment she was running away from a heard of mad cows while she was on a break on the set of ‘The Duchess’.
Keira said, “I went for a walk in where we were staying and I turned around and an entire herd of cows were running at me down a hill. I’ve never run so fast in my life. I actually managed to vault this incredibly high stone wall. Death by cow would be a really bad way to go.”
Meanwhile, Keira Knightley and her actor boyfriend Rupert Friend love staying at home and doing nothing.
Rupert, who co-starred Keira in the film ‘Pride and Prejudice’ said he loves sitting around the house with his girlfriend and just doing nothing.
He said, “I need to do nothing.
“As soon as a film’s finished, I like to let it all go and be very slow and lazy. There’s nothing like a good lazy day on the sofa.”
