Faith Hill and her husband Tim McGraw who have owned this cozy Beverly Hills mansion since 2003, have announced to sell it for $14,800,000.

The couple seems to have had enough of California so they have put their 11,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, Mediterranean-style mansion on the market for $14.8 millions.

The Beverly Hills mansion, which is located at Beverly Park, Beverly Hills, California and was built in 1987, is Mediterranean style with seven and a half baths and six bedrooms.

The property description reads: Mediterranean estate w/ grand views & privacy in prestigious Beverly Park South. Situated on over 4 acres the estate offers sweeping panoramic views. Grand two story entry features limestone floors, large skylight & wrap around staircase. This home is highlighted by a spacious and elegant master suite w/ his & her baths connecting to a state of the art gym. Gourmet kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, large open formal dining room w/ step down living room. Manicured gardens w/ luxurious pool.

According to a report, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw bought the mansion from Sasha Madron, who was married to the Rambo star Sylvester Stallone, for $6,200,000. The massive mansion was broken in last year in February.

Also, Pop star Robbie Williams currently owns a 13,638-square-foot mansion which is worth $5,450,000 in Beverly Park South. However, there has been a rumour that the English singer is possibly going to sell his mansion he bought in 2002 as well.

Meanwhile, Faith Hill has recently appeared on a cover of November issue of Ladies’ Home Journal.

On the cover, the Country-and-western singer/songwriter has her hand on her neck, which is kind of a sign of people with stress, despite the line next to her says “Take stress relief to the next level.”

However, she is now doing great according to her interview in the magazine.

“My schedule now is completely based around the girls’ schedules – down to the parent meetings, field trips, sports schedules.  The idea of not being able to be away at the same time…I couldn’t handle it.”powered by shantz-wp-prefix-suffix
