Britney Spears has set the record straight regarding the rumours of Madonna would be joining her at Circus world tour in New York and Los Angeles.

The rumours was sparked when a man called David Alexander, who claimed himself as Britney’s stylist, revealed the duo will appear on the stage during Britney’s gig in the Big Apple in March and LA in April.

However, the ‘Gimme More’ hitmaker’s team has dispelled the rumours by posting on the Britney Spears’ official website

The statement titled ‘EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT REGARDRING BRITNEY’S TOUR COLLABORATIONS’ on the site said, “Despite rumors otherwise, at the moment Britney has no plans to collaborate with anyone in the near future at any of her upcoming performances.”

“PS- David Alexander is not Britney’s stylist nor have we ever heard of him.”

Right, Britney does not want anyone on the stage, she is remarkable enough!

And who on earth is David Alexander? OMG, this is ridiculous as I yesterday wrote about Britney’s collaborations, which was confirmed by him!

He said, “She’ll be singing with Madonna in New York. It will be Get Together and Trouble. So, together the song is called Lose Control. It’s supposed to be a surprise!”

Meanwhile, Britney’s show on March 26 in Montville, Connecticut has been postponed to May 3 at the Mohegan Sun Arena but tickets bought for March 26 will still be accepted at May 3 gig, according to Ticketmaster.

The Mohegan Sun Arena said through a statement, “The reschedule is ‘due to the grand size of the show’s production… The current tour routing for the Mohegan Sun date does not allow enough time for travel and the needed production set-up time’ and also Britney was already performing at the arena on May 2, this way, the pop princess and all the tour production will travel to Connecticut only one time.”
