Britney Spears has made a fantastic comeback in her Circus world tour after five-year absence from the stage, however, her three dancers had dragged her to criticism again when caught up for drug use.

The 27-year-old popstar and mother to two sons started her first show of the tour on March 3 with stunning costumes, 16 songs and a group of dancers. However, the three of them have already been fired from the gig after failing routine drug tests.

A source told RadarOnline, “I think (the fired dancers) just didn’t expect to actually get tested. And drugs are just not okay so they had to go.”

The Womanizer hitmaker, who has brought her sons – Sean Preston, and Jayden James along, will continue her more 40 shows in the US and UK.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears spent her time during the tour in Miami, Florida, visiting sick children on Saturday (March 7).

She was due to perform at the city’s American Airlines Arena on Saturday but only hours before the gig, Britney dropped by the Miami Children’s hospital at 3:30 pm with her father Jamie Spears. She stayed there for half an hour visiting ill children, talking, posing for pictures and giving them autographed photos.

The popstar was smiling and giggling with the kids but not saying much except “Say Cheese” before taking photos with them as she needed to save her voice for her concert in Miami that night.

Hospital spokeswoman Cristene Martinez told People, “The kids were so excited to meet Britney, and having her here was a great distraction for them.”

The Toxic singer also donated $100,000 to the Big Apple Circus Clown Care programme, which brings clowns with medical training to young hospital patients.

Her next date with the ticket holders is tomorrow (March 11) in New York’s Long Island.
