Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt wed in a special ceremony with their first adopted child Maddox presided over his parents’ nuptials.

It is not only the ‘Changeling’ actress who longs to tie a knot, her first son Maddox, who was born in Cambodia and adopted when he was seven months old, also keens to see their superstar parents walk down the aisle.

Maddox, 7, might have dreamed of witnessing the big day of Angelina and Brad but when his father seems to be taking things too slow. The youngster decided to mock a wedding ceremony for his mummy and daddy. He acted like a priest who presided over the marriage.

“Maddox is a sweet, loving boy and he’d love to see his parents get married,” a source said. “Everyone was laughing and joking when he did the little ceremony. It was so sweet.”

The pretend wedding is believed to happen following Maddox’s desire to see his parents, who have been married before, in the wedding outfits and to convince the couple to make it official.

The source added, “It got them talking and Brad and Angelina are actually considering doing it now.

“Angelina told Maddox he could see his parents as the bride and groom for real – but only once the family has a new brother or sister after they have adopted again.”

Angelina Jolie, 33, has been recently reportedly turned down by her hubby Brad Pitt, 45, after proposing to him. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button actor said he wants the couple to meet with a relationship counselor before tying a knot.

A reason the Tomb Raider actress wants to get married with Brad because it would be easier to adopt kids as a married couple.

The pair has adopted three children – Maddox, Pax and Zahara – so far and has three biological children, Shiloh, twins Knox, and Vivienne.
