Angelina Jolie, who is a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency, says apart from taking care of her six children and her actor husband Brad Pitt, helping relieve the grief from those less fortunate is her main target in life.
The Changeling star says, “I cannot sit quietly while others die of hunger. I don’t want to abandon my commitment to the United Nations. It has no greater priority.”
Angelina, 33, fortunately, has her handsome partner Brad help her deal both with work and family. She would not have been able to cope with everything if she had not had him.
She adds, “We are a good team. I do take my time outs, but most of all I get support from Brad. That is important to me and gives me strength.”
The actress, who appears on German Cosmopolitan new issue cover girl and looks gorgeous in her short blue dress, just welcomed her twins Knox and Vivienne in July but she has already got her fit post-baby body, having her own ‘discipline’ as a secret.
“I’m very disciplined,” she admits. “I have a balanced diet and among other things I do Pilates. I feel more comfortable and I do have a lot more energy.”
In the magazine, she also talks about her uneasy role of a mother whose son disappears without a trace in ‘Changeling’.
She explains, “Absolutely. Just the idea of such a possibility made me go completely crazy. Initially, I wanted to cancel it. But the strength and self abandonment of this woman made be accept the role.”
Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie is rumouredly having a pre-nuptial agreement written to be signed prior to her marriage with Brad Pitt.
However, one of her reps has denied the rumours, “There is no truth to any of these claims.”
