Amy Winehouse has come out to deny the rumours of her trying to let go of husband Blake Fielder-Civil after he filed for divorced in January, admitting she “still loves” him and tries to win him back to a start a new life together in London.
The London born singer, who has become regular tabloids news since 2007 due to her bad behaviours, hopes to reconcile with her estranged hubby, insisting she “won’t let him divorce” her.
Fielder-Civil, who has been in prison for breaking the terms of his probation, filed for divorce in January. And Amy even flied back from the Caribbean, where she was enjoying her vacation, after learning he had been released from jail.
Amy Winehouse has also slammed the media for writing about her giving up on trying to save her relationship with her husband.
However, the ‘Back To Black’ songstress has recently announced she wants to get her husband back and to renew their relationship.
She told Britain’s Now magazine, “I still love Blake and I want him to move into my new house with me – that was my plan all along. I won’t let him divorce me. He’s the male version of me and we’re perfect for each other”
She added of the claimed she cheated on her husband with actor Josh Bowman during her sunshine holiday.
“Alright, I had some fun with a lovely bloke in St Lucia, but that was a holiday thing,” said Amy. “I don’t want anybody but Blake.”
“I didn’t want to go back to Britain until he was out of jail. I’d like to take him back to St Lucia with me because that’s where we spent our honeymoon and I know he loves it there.”
Amy Winehouse married her partner in May last year before she was spotted getting friendly with Josh Bowman earlier this year.
