Aishwarya Rai is now suffering from her mental health thanks to hospitalization of her father after her father-in-law was immediately admitted to the hospital.
It is such a tough week for Bollywood’s reigning queen Aishwarya Rai after she had to cancel shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Ravan in Kerala and headed back home to visit her father following her father-in-law sudden hospitalization on his birthday.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Krishna Raj Rai, who last year been diagnosed with cancer, was admitted to Hinduja hospital on Thursday to undergo his cancer treatment. A source said that Krishna Raj went to the hospital for his routine check up but suddenly asked to admit after that.
However, Director Gustad Davar refused to give an interview by saying that it is a private issue and the Bachchan family doesn’t want the matter to be out. The 1994 Miss World and her husband Abhishek Bachchan went to see him.
Days before her father’s sudden hospitalization, Ash’s father-in-law, Amitabh Bachchan, fall ill on his birthday and was brought to Lilavati hospital before being discharged from hospital a few days ago with his son-in-law, Abhishek, drove him to Jalsa.
Ash and her husband were performing for the Unforgettable tour in Los Angels and had to fly back to see his father at the mid of the tour. Her father’s sudden hospitalization forced her to postpone her shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Ravan in Kerala and she will resume her shooting after Krishna Raj is completely alright and discharged from the hospital.
Another source revealed that on the day Ash’s father-in-law was admitted to the hospital, Ash flew from Brail to join his husband for Drona premiere and then left to Chennai to celebrate Amitabh’s birthday but he was suddenly fall ill, which made her to call of the shooting. However, she has never complained as she is a real family person.
